Short Return Policy

We have a 31 days Return Policy.

If 31 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or a refund , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

For all return requests, an uncut video must be recorded at the time of delivery showing the parcel being opened. If the item is electronic, the same video must include a working demonstration. This video may be required to process your return.

It must also be in the original packaging with all the bills, labels, tags and accessories of whatsoever nature.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
