Return & Refund Policy – Sams Collection
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of delivery. After this period, requests will not be accepted. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Returned items must include original packaging, all accessories, tags, and invoice.
- An original unboxing video and relevant product images are mandatory for all return requests.
- Missing components or absence of video may result in rejection or partial refund.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the reason for return is found to be valid and accurate (e.g. damaged, expired, defective, or not working), the refund is 100% free. The customer will not have to bear any shipping expenses, return fees, or penalties. If the product is not damaged, expired, or defective and the customer still wishes to return or exchange it, we do allow this. However:
- For refunds: The customer must bear all reverse shipping expenses.
Approximate cost: ₹50 to ₹200, depending on product weight, packaging size, and delivery location. - For exchanges: The customer must bear both reverse shipping charges (to return the product) and forward shipping charges (to receive the exchanged product).
Approximate total cost: ₹100 to ₹400, based on product weight and courier zone. - If the reason is invalid or not justified after verification, the customer will have to bear the return shipping charges.
Non-returnable Items
- Perishable goods: food, flowers, newspapers, magazines
- Food items and cooking ingredients: spices, oils, condiments, packaged mixes
- Personal hygiene and intimate care products
- Sanitary items, undergarments, and intimate hygiene products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards and downloadable software
- Health and personal care items marked as non-returnable
Invalid Reasons for Return or Refund
- I don’t like the product
- I changed my mind
- I found it cheaper elsewhere
- Ordered by mistake
- Color or style looks different in person
- Size doesn’t fit due to incorrect selection
- Product not needed anymore
- Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability
Important: If the customer provides any of the above reasons, they are not eligible for a free refund. In such cases, the customer must bear all reverse shipping charges to return the product.

Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted only for items damaged in transit, with manufacturing defects, expired products, or items not in working condition.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you do so, it will be entirely at your own risk. We are not obligated to issue a refund in such cases.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp and email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

- Allow time for official posting
- Contact your bank for processing delays

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Replacements & Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or expired. Email your request to customercare@samscollection.in.
If the product is not defective, damaged, or expired and the customer still wishes to exchange it, the customer must bear both reverse shipping charges (for returning the item) and forward shipping charges (for receiving the exchanged item).
Return Criteria
- Customer must share the original unboxing video and relevant product images, with the following conditions:
- The video must be recorded at the time of delivery—whether at the customer's home, office, shop, or doorstep.
- The video must be uncut and unedited, showing the parcel being opened in one continuous shot.
- For electronic or mechanical items with moving parts or display (e.g. choppers, rechargeable lamps, hair straighteners), the item must be plugged in and turned on during the video to demonstrate functionality.
- For non-electric or mechanical items (e.g. foundation tubes, bottles, jars), any damage must be clearly visible in the video at the time of unboxing.
- The video must capture the actual parcel received, including outer packaging, product condition, and any visible defects.
- Our technical team will verify authenticity.
- If approved, the product will be returned and refund processed accordingly.
Gifts
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
